I appreciated the microwave, plates, and cutlery provided in the room. This was VERY useful. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful . I found parking facilities available nearby which was convenient. The television in my room worked well.

The twin room was quite spacious, exactly what i needed. i was kinda surprised by the fridge, microwave, and cutlery provided in the room. parking was also very simple because it was just across from kings way car park. This.

it was very warm. thankfully, i could get another fan from reception, although it helped only a little. better temperature control is needed.

The beds were SO comfortable and clean. Check-in was super fast. I found the central location handy (I visited local shops).

The noise levels were definitely noticeable. There was no soundproofing, so I could hear other guests.
